Played T tactic for the first time, and pleased to dominate the superior opposition with 66% possession and 21 chances to 12 .. shame we couldn't finish the job to get the win we deserved ...
However with our goalie letting it go through his legs on 73 minutes to see us 2-3 down, Brophy's late goal with 93 on the clock felt like a winner!
Roofe was our MOM with a brace, but in truth great performances across the board ..
So honours equal in the 6 -pointer!!

What a result to beat one of the early season pace setters! And anyone who watched the game would see we deserved it!
Roofe was MOM again with another brace - best £5m I've spent - thanks again Macca!
It took an own goal on 83 to secure the victory - but Buddies fans celebrated well into the night!
Target over this weekend was to get 3 points out of 6 - and we acheived 4 from 6 - so mission accomplished!

West Ham 1 - 3 AS MONACO
Well played Macca good match, plenty of action and fairly even match but also physical with 2 bookings for them, 4 of us and sending off.
Two early goals inside 7 minutes got us on our way through Golovin and Fabregas before they pulled one back and a late goal for us from Luis.
Maripan sent off on 46 mins could have ruined result but we got the job done.
Good team performance and good abs gained.
AS MONACO 3 - 1 Red Bull Leipzig
Another 3-1 win and 3pts, Jovetic with strikes in the 34th and 53rd minutes they hitback on 84mins before we finished the match on 90mins through Martins.
Jovetic takes Man of Match, we controlled the match with possession and chances created.
Very good performance good abs gained, only Luis failed to have any impact on the game.
Very happy with 6pts and we remain unbeaten.

AZ67 ALKMAAR 3 - 0 Montpellier HSC
Very tight match with both teams having good passing and creating chances and we really took our chances.
Karlsson with a hatrick and Man of the Match, our new signings Coady, Vanaken and Torres were very quiet on their debuts.
Karlsson and Keita our two best players.
Sevilla FC 1 - 3 AZ67 ALKMAAR
Another good win over a strong Sevilla side, we just edged the match and deserved the win and 3pts.
Toores, Indi and Clasie on target with the goals, Biraghi with Man of Match on his debut.
Bit of a quieter performance from the players but the win counts.
Very happy with 6pts and keeping pace with Chelseablues and Monaco

DUNDEE UNITED 2 - 3 Brentford
My new team unlucky in match, very close match and we should take the points.
McNulty with both our goals and he gets the Award, forwards played well rest of team very quiet.
AJ Auxerre 2 - 2 DUNDEE UNITED
We play well and get point, so not too bad i think.
Shanklands and Fuchs scoring goals, Shanklands get award. We need improve midfield.

A late own goal equaliser saved our blushes, just not good enough again.
