Poor result, and even worse than the U23 IIs the previous week (lost 2-3).
We matched them for chances - 11 - and shaded possession.
The lack of firepower is clear - and Raingod is expected to move a couple of strikers over from the IIs to improve the balance.
Midfield was OK, with debutant Rhein our best player, but defence and attack need more work ...

A big win at Old Trafford with most players putting in a strong performance.
Another goal from MOM midfielder Mumba - and a bright future is predicted for him.
Goals shared throughout the team and Greenwood was pleased to score against his old club.
This result sees us climb off the bottom and up 2 places ...

Happy with team performnace and abs gained.

Boring 0-0 draw, we went defensive and controlled the match but only 2 shots on target and none for them meant no goals.

Well played Colin, we should have won this match.
We had 61% possession, Corriera the scorer, need to start looking at strengthening the Academy.
