After St Etienne beat the 2nd string Bayern youths last week, we have a chance for immediate revenge!
2-2 vs. Portsmouth with 70% possession was disappointing .. and some changes are made to freshen the line up - with such a huge squad to choose from it is important players take the chance when they get it ..
We move to 3 at the back to put a 5th midfielder in .. Soler comes in for the injured Llorente.
Again the bench is packed with youngsters to come on and turn the game .. hopefully !

A 100% loss record against Inzaghi in the seniors (P4 L4) .. BUT a 100% win record against him in the youths (ok, only 1 match but still ..!)
Hoping his attention will be diverted to the seniors after 2 defeats on Monday!!
Few team changes, the most notable being Gilmour demoted to the bench .. similar formation as we look to settle the newest of the youth teams ..

We make no changes, look to Kion Etete for goals and Loiodice to provide the spark in midfield.
Were mid table after 4 matches so need to start picking up wins.

AJAX ACADEMY - Man utd U23s
Expect tough match with ian and his Academy.
But we are playing well with 4 wins, unbeaten and top of the league.
Kotarski plays in goal, Sven Botman comes into defense, Taylor moves to DM with Kjaer coming in for his first start.

Away at Portsmouth. We are both sat in the table where we could do with wins to push on upwards. That means both of us will be wanting this one so we will need to ensure we are ready.

AJAX ACADEMY - Man utd U23s Expect tough match with ian and his Academy. But we are playing well with 4 wins, unbeaten and top of the league. Kotarski plays in goal, Sven Botman comes into defense, Taylor moves to DM with Kjaer coming in for his first start. Tough Academy match for us, Ajax top and very strong team. Only one forced change with Joe Hugill making his Academy debut. |
