New Football Academy Rules
All clubs in the game have been given a starting quota of Academy players to develop and nurture into the stars of the future.
Each week Academy Coaching will be processed based on ranking of your Youth Academy Status and any Youth Staff employed by your club, this will help with development of players.
Clubs can acquire a one time bonus abs package to use on their Academy players as follows:-
100abs at £100,000
Maximum of 2,000 abs can be purchased.
Clubs can also purchase maximum of 3 x 10 rated Academy players at cost of £1 million per player.
Clubs that have employed an Academy Technical Director (must have Training Ground minimum Level 6) will receive bonus of 4 new youth players each month.
Extra Training Commands:-
Youth 1 - Extra Player Training for One Academy Player cost £500k
Youth 2 - Extra Academy Training for a Department (ie Defense, Midfield etc) cost £1 million
