Could be tough tie with Eddie Howe and his high flying Inter team.
We lose Slingo and Zakaria to suspension is major blow, Ben Segir comes into the midfield. |

Could be tricky with Stevie and his rebuilding Alkmaar we need to be switched on and not be an upset.
Just one change with Carreras coming in at fullback, Martial will make debut from the bench. |

At least were home for the 1st leg and need to make home advantage count.
No changes from Friday league match so we lineup unchanged with tweak to my tactics.

Pressure off as were in cup over two legs so we can try players out and tactics out not worried about cups just league survival.
Sugawara returns at centre back, Romeo Lavia and Estevao both make debuts in midfield. |

Not to disappointed with defeat we were in the match and still developing my team and tactics.
Captain Bruno Martins-Indi got the goal, Sugawara main man in defense.
Still all to play for in 2nd leg.

 AFC Bournemouth 0 - 1 FeyenoordAt: Vitality Stadium 10,000Defeat in my opening match but game was tactical, tight and little action we did have 61% possession but got sucker punched. Hopefully we'll play better next time out. |

 PORTIMONENSE 3 - 2 Galatasaray
Great win for my players and gives us confidence, really good match full of action and both teams went at it.
We scored through Cassama on 21mins, Relvas in the 83rd min and Kim in 90th minute.
Happy with my team and how we played and hope we can keep playing like this. |

Narrow victory in a very tight match but we take it and a 1 goal lead into 2nd leg.
Joao Mario and Leonardo scoring the goals, cant really comment on my players only Di Maria and Leonardo played really well. |

AS MONACO 3 - 0 Inter Milan
Very good result for us and should take us into Round 2, good match Eddie Howe.
Happy with 62% possession, goals came in from Henrique(15), Minamino(30) and team played well picked up good abs.
Need to build on this result.
