AZ67 ALKMAAR vs Juventus
This game come bit quick for us, as we set-up new formation and not got players I want as yet. So not sure what to expect and will have to just put a team out and see what happens.

NORWICH CITY v Sunderland
We would like to have a good cup run so need to be ruthless at home. Tomkinson, Nunez and Springett come into the side as rotation due to fitness levels.

PORTIMONENSE - Rangers
We take on Burrows in the cup and could do with winnng a match. Relvas, Carlinhos, Fukui and Carillo all out suspended or injured so forced into changes. Pedrao, Mvoue, Gueye and Beto all come into side and some tactical changes.

Inter Milan v Newcastle United
We welcome my hometown club to the San Siro this evening in the first round of the Challenge Cup, but we will not be looking to hand out any favours to them and know they will provide stern opposition to us this evening.
We've made a good start to the season and a cup run is always good for the confidence so will be looking to progress here.
Having said that, we have had to make a number of changes to the team as the league is our number one priority still.
Again, we have gone with a somewhat experimental system for this game with that in mind.

Inter Milan 2 - 0 Newcastle United
We progress through to the next round of the cup with after a solid win at the San Siro.
The visitors were not helped that they went down to ten men after only four minutes after a reckless challenge from Joelinton that saw him get his marching orders.
From that point on, we controlled the game and took the lead just after twenty minutes through Augusto's wonder strike.
Despite us being in control of the game, it wasn't until the fourth minute of injury time where we added a second through Sensi to seal the tie.
Newcastle battled hard and deserve a lot of credit for not just rolling over after that very early setback, but we are pleased with the win, performance and another clean sheet.

Norwich City 4 - 4 SUNDERLAND (Sunderland win 5-4 on pens)
What a cracking cup tie Robbo unlucky, game full of action bit fiery we had 3 players sent off they had 1 sent off. Goals from Rusyn, 2 from Styles and 1 from Taylor, pens scored by Bundle, Wheatley, Cirkin, Ellis Taylor, and Huggins to make it into the 2nd Round draw. Norwich were slightly better side but we dug in and got the result.

AZ67 ALKMAAR 2 - 7 Juventus
Said this game came too early, we have set up new look formation and tactics not brought the players in and so we go out of cup. We did not play too badly, Lamine Yamal with both goals on his debut. Prestianni had a good debut in attack, rest of team need to work harder.
