Real Betis 3 - 3 NOTTINGHAM FOREST
Definately points dropped in the promotion race, well played Zico.
They were 2-0 up in 5mins and we had to fight hard with Mahrez getting us back in the match then Montiel scored scored twice to give us a 3-2 lead before they equalised.
Team played well apart from Brahim and Gyokeres were unusually wasteful in front of goals with 17 chances wasted.....
If we want promotion we need to be more clinical in front of goal. |

Liverpool 5 - 2 AS MONACO
Well played Macca, bad result for us and ends our promotion hopes we dont have the quality or consistency that the other promotion chasers have, need to look at next season.
Liverpool dominated the match we were very poor, martins and Jovetic on target and a late sending off summed up our night...... |

Wolves 3 - 1 REAL SOCIEDAD
Very bad defeat for us and not one we expected at all, well played Inzaghi.
Very tight close game but we failed to take our chances, Barrenetxea with our goal and Bakasetas had a good match in midfield.
Double relegation likely for me and my two clubs.
WOLVES 3 - 1 Real Sociedad
Delighted to win opening match with Wolves and much needed 3pts to boost morale and form.
Went 4-3-1-2 and worked well with goals from Henrique, Ighalo and Mbokani.
Something to build on for Monday night. |

massive game and delighted we just edged it and got the 3pts for our promotion drive.
Well played Marco such a tight match could have gone either way, Alcacer and Firmino with decisive goals.
Umtiti and Alcacer our best players. |

Inter Milan 0 - 5 AJAX FC
Another good win keeping up our form and goal average per game...
We were 1-0 then they had keeper sent off which helped to control the match and scoring through Darwin Nunez with another 2goals, Leoni, Garner and Gutiierrez showing our midfielders can score goals too.
Garner and Eriksen played well, not vintage Ajax but step closer to promotion. |

PSV EINDHOVEN 2 - 1 FC Twente Enschede
Good match Tuchel, we just did enough to get the 3pts were in 3rd with 11 games to play but its tight still.
Yeboah and Gifford with the goals and on loan Yeboah with the Man of the Match.
Not much action or passing in the game both teams kept in a tight match and Fc twente played better than league position suggests. |
