Cracking match Deefa, we just edged the match stats and deserved our 3pts.
Aberdeen took the lead, Moutinho pulled one back they went 2-1 up we equalised through Maxi Gomez penalty. Jagne and Lewandowski scored before they scored their 3rd goal.
Maxi Gomez takes man of match, good team performance and good abs gained. |

Rangers 1 - 1 NEWCASTLE UNITED
Disappointed with the draw, we passed the ball better but did not create enough scoring chances.
Fought back from 1-0 down through Gouiri on 37 mins and Matt Ritchie with another MOM award.
Ritchie and Gouiri the only two players who I am happy with.

OLYMPIQUE LYON 4 - 2 Doncaster Rovers
Good start for me and now we need to build on this to make Lyon a big club, good match Howe.
we were the better side and sets up for the big Monday match with Ajax, Slimani, Knockaert, Jose and Corona puts us 4-0 up and they hit back with 2 late goals.
Willian Jose man of the match and 3 goals in 2 games for him, very happy with my team and abs gained too.

Port Vale 2 - 3 CELTIC
We ended Vale's little mini run of form and 3 much needed points.
Very close match they probably played better than us, but we got the result with goals from Neil Maupay with 2 and 1 for Gnabry.
Maupay took MOM, Marcondes had a good match in midfield.

RC LENS 2 - 1 Feyenoord
Well this game had everything we take the 3pts, sell-out crowd, 2 players sent off....
Radamel Falcao with 2 goals and the man of the match, Gradit and Odgaard both sent off not happy with.
Dominated the possession but even in passing and chances created, good abs gained.

PORT VALE 2 - 3 Celtic
Our little unbeaten miny run has been ended by celtic.
We were better team and probably should have won the match, Che Adams gave us early lead then Celtic fought back to 3-1 up before Benson pulled one back but was too late by then.
Van der Beek, Teran and frontline played well, rest of team especially defense were very poor. |
