A brace from Cesar saw him as MOM - and the front 3 all linked up well - both Dzeko and Balotelli got booked chasing back to break up attacks ..
Strong set of performances across midfield and defence ...

Life after Mbappe and happy with the 2-0 win, even match but we took our chances.
New striker Caccio scores on debut and a goal from Malang Sarr with Caccio MOM.
Happy how we played and good abs picked up.

Very poor showing by my Alkmaar team, we have so much work to do to sort this team out.

We rode our luck and earned a point.
We passed the ball well, but gave away too much possession.
Need to look at formation and tactics.

Two nil up Nantes down to 10 men and it ends in a draw, very disappointing outcome. 2 draws in 2.

We rode our luck and earned a point.
We passed the ball well, but gave away too much possession.
Need to look at formation and tactics.
Disappointed we had 64% possession, and should have done enough to win the match.
Portmouth loanee John yeboah with our goal, Perr Schurrs with the Man of the Match.
Team played well and we picked up good abs. |

Like my Newcastle team poor showing and rescued a point with 2 goals in last 2 minutes.
Caqueret and Macob on target, Daniel James sent off on 40mins was a blow.
Looks like I have much work ahead with both my teams. |

Very disappointed to lose this game to a team like Lille, stats show we should have had the game won.
They scored first, Arnold equalised for us, but they scored again on 20mins.
Team played well enough, just not the result. |

OGC NICE 3 - 3 RC Lens
Very tight match in this all French battle.
Goals from Demir, Cavani and Merlen, we just edged the possession.
Happy with the team performance and abs gained just need to turn home games into wins.
