dominant display but was (as expected) made to work for it,,
got there in the end, and 3 points,
St Mirren 0-4 Ajax
even more doninant here,

MAN UTD 1-3 PSG
On the stats we deserved to lose, perhaps by a goal but when I see the following, a minute after we had come back into the game at 1-2,,
Min. 43 :(psg) Cesc_Fabregas kicks G_Magalhaes off the ball
... He's Butted him !
... G_Rocchi has stopped play
... G_Rocchi wants a word
... It’s just a warning
REALLY!! A warning? A sending off in my RB Leipzig game cost us 4 goals, who knows what might have happened if Fabregas has seen RED, but he didn't get even a yellow..
Anyway, nobody died so we move on.
ST Etienne 1-3 MAN UTD
After 17 minutes we had had 2 goals not counted, with the commentator not seeing any reason why it should still have been 0-0. Then St Etienne score and we are reduced to 10 men. Reasons to think we were about to suffer a 2nd loss on the night. Fortunately things got back to some kind of normality and we counted 3 times to hold on to 3rd place. But it gets harder with each set of games.
It is Ajax's league to lose - we are not consistent enough to be troubling them....

Atletico Madrid 5 - 2 AZ67 ALKMAAR
We knew this would be tough so went Long ball but did not pay off for us, well played 11kiwis.
Never really in the match, but we did score twice through Thomas and Fred.
Picked up some useful abs but not much else.
AZ67 ALKMAAR 1 - 1 AS Monaco
Its a point and we stopped the rot, but in truth we were very poor.
Heike on target and then sent off, again some good abs picked up.

Manchester United 1 - 3 PSG
Good match Grandadam, we just edged the game but good match for both clubs.
We had 60% possession and scored through Meunier, Berghuis and Hamsik, Hamsik with the man of the match.
Good performance from the starting 11, all players played well and picked up good abs.
PSG 5 - 0 Inter Milan
Surprised by the result, sorry Chelseablues.
Again we edged the match but our finishing was the difference, Berghuis, Herrera, Fabregas, Hamsik and Fernandez scoring the goals.
Hamsik with his 2nd MOM award on the night, another good solid performance from starting 11 and more good abs gained.
very good night for us with 6pts, out of title race but looking to secure Champions League football after missing out last two seasons.

Inter Milan 3 - 2 JUVENTUS
Good match as always Chelseablues you get the better of us again, we'll try and get in ESL and meet again.
Very happy with the game we played well in a tight match, goals from Benzema who scored twice but Griezmann is a real handful.
Good players and good abs gained. Onwards with the rebuilding.
JUVENTUS 4 - 1 Barnsley
We expected to win, and so we did dominated possession and passing with many shots and could have doubled our goals.
Rabiot, Leone, Benzema and Parejo scoring with young Leone with the Award.
Very happy with the players and good abs gained.

Portsmouth 5 - 3 REAL MADRID
Well played Swedish80 looks like your continuing what you did at Ajax, disappointed with defeat.
An 8 goal thriller but were on the wrong end, Lopez, Digne and young Musel scoring again for us.
Mario, Lopez, and Hazard played well and get 8 out 10, rest of team not so good.....
REAL MADRID 5 - 0 Liverpool
Although Reds unmanaged they have good side but we smashed with a 5 goal blast....
Musel with another 2 goals (19 goals) proving a real talent, Hazard, and 2 for Joao Pedro and about time for him.
Not brilliant performance but the team took a comfortable win.

Bayern Munich 2 - 3 Chelsea
Our record against the top sides is not the best and this is something we must get right if we are to have a chance of competing in the ESL next year ...
We deliberately conceded possession but made more chances .. so a shame we werent clinical enough ..
Had we not had 2 of our best defenders suspended it could have been different ...
Pleased with no bookings this week ....

Manchester City 0 - 3 Bayern Munich
That's more like it .. 22 chances to 6 and 77% possession .. and against an ESL -to -be side!
Reis was dominant in midfield and is expected to be an ever present in season 4 ...
Despite Jorginho sitting in a DM role, he managed 6 shots in the match, our game plan to be flexible clearly working ...

INTER MILAN 3 - 2 Juventus
Agree good match Batistuta, very even match both sides very close strength wise and so it proved.
Griezmann the difference with 2 goals (now 58 goals in 45 games this season) and 1 for Nunez who is developing well.
It was Greizmann vs Benzema shootout both with 2 goals, good abs gained.
PSG 5 - 0 INTER MILAN
Well played Stevie, this showed the gulf between both teams were improving but nowhere near as strong as PSG.
Botman sent off on 15 minutes made our job hard for 75 minutes, if not for Radu and 15 saves could have been 10-0 or worse....
Some useful abs picked up.

RSCA 3 - 2 ST ETIENNE
Well played Macca, fiesty match both teams had bookings and a player sent off.
Mbappe and De Jong scoring our goals, good abs gained disappointed with another defeat.
ST ETIENNE 1 - 3 Manchester United
Well played Grandadam, United were too strong for us we decided to go at United but backfired.
Mbappe with the goal and our best player, not a brilliant performance.

PORTSMOUTH 5 - 3 Real Madrid
We get a good win and 5 goals, we have good control of the ball and create many good chances.
Youri Tielemans with 3 goals and he playing very well, 2 goals for Son Heung Min, Tielemans with MOM award and he was best player.
Team play very and we get many good abs for my players.
Tottenham Hotspur 1 - 3 PORTSMOUTH
We play good and just did better than Tottenham to get another 3pts.
Only 6 shots we have on target, but Heung-Min score 3 goals and get MOM Award.
Very good team and we get good abs for players, Perez play very well and get 116 tackling abs.
