MAN UTD 2-1 Atletico Madrid
Still realise if I hadn't had a decent team to start with, I would struggle in this set up of great teams and managers. We managed to win this one with perserverance as much as anything else, and we got a bit lucky at times. We lost Koke to another bad tackle - need to curb this playmaker's tendency to go in hard. Is there not an opportunity for teams to purchase a coach who can lower the aggression ratings of a player(s)? If not, it is a thought for the future.....
AS Monaco 0-4 MAN UTD
We won 3-0 at the same ground in the Cup a few games back, but I saw little of that one. This one was deserved and necessary to maintain our top 4 target. Again we had moments when we could and maybe should have been under more pressure (some self inflicted) and Monaco is one for the future - remember I told you that...
Now we have 4 players out for varying number of games - injuries I always feel sympathy for, but suspensions I don't, and 2 of them are suspensions. Now to bring back a couple of youths or I won't have a quorum to play the next fixture(s).

ST ETIENNE 2 - 3 Juventus
Very happy with my developing young team, despite losing we played well and had better of the match and could have won.
Moukoudi and Mbappe on target, Mbappe with Man of the Match so cant grumble at that.
very happy with how my young players played against much stronger team.
PSG 9 - 2 ST ETIENNE
Again not disappointed, we played one of the strongest and most successful clubs in the game and expected a heavy defeat and we got one.
My squad of 10 and 11s youngsters up against 18,17,16 and 15s rated players no disgrace here.

Inter_Milan 1 - Bayern_Munich 1
70% possession but we couldnt muster a win!
Doku equalised on the stroke of Half Time but we didnt push on and finish the job ...
Goretzka was my stand out player - I want to play him MF rather than DM after seeing him at the Euros, but that 9 for Tk always persudaes me otherwise!

Barnsley 2 - Bayern_Munich 2
Another draw - and our chances of a top 4 finish slip away ..
66% possession - and we need Klose to work more on the attackers in coaching!
Coutinho pulled the strings in midfield - with 4 key passes and an assist ..
We must focus on maintaining top 8 and a European place (as well as sponsorship pay out)

Tottenham 0 - 2 CHELSEA
Dominating performance by us as expected, should have had a penalty but we'll take the 2-0, 3pts and bragging rights.
Isco and Busquets scoring, team played well worked hard and picked up good abs.
CHELSEA 1 - 0 St Mirren
Another dominating performance but again we failed to really put the opponents away with only a 1-0 win.
Alonso scoring, we had all the stats but failed to take chances and create more chances as we should have...
Team were little average in this match but good abs picked up.

INTER MILAN 1 - 1 Bayern Munich
Good draw for us against Raingod and mighty Bayern Munich.
Sergio Ramos with our goal, Bayern should have won the game but were happy with the draw.
Good abs gained for the players.
Atletico Madrid 3 - 1 INTER MILAN
Disappointed with the defeat, we just edged the game but poor finishing let us down.
Toni Kroos on target, no clubs have offered good enough deal for the player as yet.

Well played Drum, wow did not see that result coming we have been playing well.
We had a bad game and the players were told in no uncertain terms they need to lift their game, goal from Henrique.
Very disappointed.
PSG 9 - 2 St Etienne
Guess my players listened with a great performance against Zico's young team.
Henrique had a great match scoring 4 goals, 2 for Berghuis, 1 each for Kimbempe, Meunier, and Fabregas.
one of our best performances, and good abs gained by the team.
Were still in the title race.

PORTSMOUTH 3 - 0 Arsenal
We very happy with win and way we play football.
We dominate Arsenal and deserve a good win, we better with passing and control of the ball we score with Lavezzi 2 goals and Buendia.
My team play very well and we get very good abs for players.
AZ67 Alkmaar 0 - 7 PORTSMOUTH
We get very good match and we destroy AZ67 with 7 goals.
Lavezzi he score another 4 goals in this match, Lusala, Wilson and Drozd.
Team play good, not like Arsenal game but we play well and take 6pts on night.

REAL MADRID 1 - 2 Manchester City
Well played Darlington, very tight match and could have gone either way.
Torben Musel with another goal and developing into a real talent, need to find another good strike partner for him.
Team played fairly well and we picked up good abs.
REAL MADRID 2 - 1 Ajax FC
Good match Drum, very happy to beat leaders and they had more possession both team equal on passing and shot created.
Tadic and Di Maria on target, Tadic sent off late on will hit us hard.
Again team played well and picked up useful abs.
