2 home games and 2 nice wins keeping us top and at least the youths can cut the mustard more so than the senior squad..
Referees have been pretty severe in our games, more especially to the opponents.. but the team is likely to be still top at the half way stage. It is a target at least to aim for.. 😎😎

Bayern II U23s 1 - 1 POMPEY ACADEMY

Good match Raingod, we fought back from 1-0 down, had 4 bookings and 1 sent off, the referee did not like us....
Agoume with the goal, Joveljic was our best player.

POMPEY ACADEMY 6 - 1 Leyton Orient U23s

Good solid home win and good performance from the boys, dominated the match in all areas as expected.
Joveljic taking 4 goals, MOM and a great performance from him, Romero and an own goal.
Good abs gained and very happy manager.

A Madrid II U23s 1 - 2 AFC POMPEY

Smash and grab raid done and job done, 3pts.
Just edged the match and deserved the win, 2 late goals from Guehi and Anderson in the last 5mins of the game.
Stergiou our best player from defense and great abs gained.

AFC POMPEY 1 - 0 Forest U23s

Yesss another 3pts, dominated the match and should have scored several more goals.
Brewster wuth the winner and MOM, Pennington sent off could have been costly.
Brook and Brewster worked hard.
