We are currently shifting the squads about and investing heavily into redevelopment of the youth side for now its a case of experienting with those i beleive will be here long term, we need to play confident and attacking football its a chance to experiment and see what works.
West_Ham_U23s - Arsenal_U23s
Pretty much the same as the Inter game were treating this season as a platform to next, trying different things and personal, its all about experiance as opposed to results at the moment and the players will have that freedom to just go out and play football

Away trip to London for Academy.
We do little bit of squad rotation with Shaparenko coming into midfield, and Hlozek coming into attack.
Scamaaca and Kays_R_Atil come onto the bench.
INTER MILAN ACADEMY - Chelsea U23s
We stick with same lineup and tactics.

Heavy underdogs but we'll have a go at them.
One change with Kubo coming into midfield, and Boateng goes onto the bench.

Charlie Bell comes into midfield and Joveljic returns in attack and we switch formation and tactics.
Pompey_U23s - L_Orient_U23s
Swicth to home formation and tactics, one change with Schmidt coming into the attack.
A_Madrid_II_U23s - AFC_Portsmouth
Only one change from last round with Anderson coming into the attack, as we switch formation and tactics.
AFC_Portsmouth - Forest_U23s
Switch back to home formation and tactics, no changes in lineup.

Really tricky fixtures for both our teams in both matchdays and need to be careful we dont conceded too many goals and keep it tight at the back.
Our U23 II team plays at home first v Portsmouth and then away to a very tough Manchester team.
Our u23 first team then play at home against RSC and away to Manchester United team.
Lets hope my second team can soften up United before they play my first team.
Will need a couple of their players either injured or suspended to at least have a chance I think.
I had to go out of town for three days and then a workplace injury put me in the emergency room (not too serious) and have had very little time to get to grips with the opposition and my tactical choices prior to the deadline so have made very few changes at all and fingers crossed this does not come back to bite me.
Probably these matchday games will be all about damage control and limiting number of goals conceded.
