RSCA U23s 1 - 2 POMPEY ACADEMY
Good match Macca, very tight match as expected but we got the points.
Lusala and Romero scoring the goals, not too much action good abs picked up here.
POMPEY ACADEMY 1 - 4 Man Utd U23s
Gamble did not pay off, we were very poor in this match.
Perez and Drozd sent off made the job much harder.

AFC POMPEY 4 - 0 Leyton Orient U23s
A good win for our Academy II side, both teams played well we deserved the win, created many chances and good passing.
Benjani Jr with 2 goals, Stergiou and Bogusz scoring.
Awesome abs gained, Farias was immense in the midfield.
Inter Milan U23s 1 - 4 AFC POMPEY
Another really good win for us, again controlled possession not to many chances but we took ours for another 4 goals.
Bogusz, Benjani Jr, Matheson and Baningime scoring goals.
Good team performance and abs gained.

Man Utd U23s 4 - 2 CHELSEA ACADEMY
Well played Grandadam, tight match but disappointed we lost.
Nunn and Lookman on target, Lacroix sent off did not help us, not too much action or passing in the game.
CHELSEA ACADEMY 6 - 1 Benfica U23s
Expected win over a weaker opposition and happy with the 6 goals too...
Another tight match but our chances created were good and we took them through Nunn (2), dasilva, Lookman, Sulemana and Gozzi.
Midfield and attack played well and picked up good abs.

Man Utd 4-2 Chelsea
Only the U23s but a little reward for being beaten by the senior team. Cavani's move to the youths paid off with 2 goals. It was a tighter game than the score line shows. But it does give us a cushion at the top for now...Good game Colin.

Pompey U23s 1-4 Man Utd U23s
Didn't realise how close Pompey were to us before the game, so glad this one is out of the way. Cavani gets another 2 goals (4 in 2 games since he came over from the seniors). We had Sardelis sent off at 0-0, before Pompey had Perez sent off a minuite later before Romero opened for Pompey. Cavani, Botos and Emran all scored for a 3-1 half time lead. Then Drozd was red carded for the home team before Cavani made the game safe just after the hour mark. Good game and we stay just ahead of Atletico Madrid, who are moving well with another 2 (away) wins. Another good game, thanks, Mourinho.

Really happy with both teams. My Academy squad picked up their first win of the season in the comp after entering late and really nice to see them off the bottom of the table.
First U23 squad looking good towards the top of the table which is pleasing
