First game in charge and the lads wanted to please the crowd. Deserved the win but the sending off might cause a problem next game. Onwards and upwards.. 🤓🤓

Portimonense SC 2 - 1 LEYTON ORIENT
Very even match disappointed we lost the match, Vina and Carnavinga both sent off made our job hard with 9 men.
Shaquiri scoring our only goal, not much gained from the match.
Although in the relegation zone this is a tight league and gone be hard fought all season i think.

RC LENS 2 - 3 AS Roma
Good match Stevie, scoreline was close but Roma had the possession and better passing.
We had Cheick Traore sent off on 2 mins made it hard for us, we fought back from 3-0 down with goals from Doucore and Jota penalty.
Defense and midfield played well, we need to be more clinical.

Well played Grandadam - new manager bounce secured a deserved win!
With fitness issues remaining in the squad we were forced to play a weakened side, but on paper should still have been strong enough to compete more ..
Got our tactics wrong, and paid for it! 5 of the squad performed with Rashford MOM ..
Segunda is really hotting up now - so Forest need some more reinforcements if we are to secure promotion this season ..

Very even match and draw a fair result.
Traore with the goal and 5 players booked, not a brilliant performance but we'll take the point.

Dominated with our passing football and possession football, Pedro, Pastore and Cristante gave us a 3-0 lead, 2nd half Ens got back in the match and we held on. Good team performance and something to build on. |

Sevilla 1 - 2 FC METZ
Good win and happy with the 3pts...
Very even match would say Sevilla just edged it but we got the goals from Udol and Maiga and much needed 3pts.
Average team play but its the points that are important to us, moves us out of the bottom three.
