Aston_Villa 2 St_Mirren 3
We completed a deserved double over Villa, with 72% possession, but were 2-1 down on 80 minutes before a late rally with goals from Fraser and MOM Roofe got us over the line!
We expected a tough game so opted for Flynn as a 2nd DM to accompany Naylor, and this kept Villa at bay whilst allowing us to control passing in midfield ..

St_Mirren 2- AS_Monaco 3
As for the game itself, we deserved something from it - more than double the chances and 61% posssession - an over reliance on Roofe for the goals..
We showed them respect with 5 at the back and 2 x DMs, but it allowed us to control the tempo ..
We were 2-1 in front at one stage, but a penalty on 77 condemned us to defeat ..
Promotion guaranteed but we will aim to overtake West Ham and finish 3rd ..

AZ67 ALKMAAR 3 - 4 Red Bull leipzig
Disappointed with defeat and we handed the title to Chelseablues and Monaco.....
Very even match they created more chances and we gave away too many goals for the win.
Scoring through an own goal, Karlsson and Biraghi.
Not one of our better performances.....
Dundee United 1 - 0 AZ67 ALKMAAR
Well played Swedish80, we were totally outplayed and 2nd successive defeat.
Very disappointing night, we just switched off.

BENFICA 5 - 3 Club Brugge
Yesss another good win and my 3rd in a row since taking over the club.
Very happy with 61% possession and we scored 5 of our 7 shots on target, goals from Seferovic with a hatrick, Chiquinho and Pizzi.
Seferovic finally showing class.
Sevilla CF 3 - 4 BENFICA
Good match Macca, knew this would be tough game and so it proved.
Very even match and we just nicked the 3pts and valuable 3pts with our goals from Seferovic, 2 from Araujo and 1 from Gilberto.
Team played well enough.
Thats now 4 wins in a row since I arrived at benfica, now we have a chance of staying up with two wins on the final day and defeats for Villa, Brentford and Sporting.

Like Bielsa and rivals Benfica, we now also have chance of staying up.....when i took over club looked like relegation...
Dundee United 0 - 0 SPORTING CP
Nothing to say about this match except at least its a point in our survival battle.
SPORTING CP 4 - 1 Aston Villa
A good win, another 3pts and now were close to staying up.
we had total control with 68% possession, we passed the ball well and created good chances.
We fought back from 1-0 down, Gueye equalised for us, then Struijk, Bruno Fernandes and Ristovski finished the scoring.
good abs gained and 3pts.
We just need Villa and Brentford to lose on Friday and if we pick up points we'll be safe.

CHAMPIONS!! SEGUNDA CHAMPIONS!!
AS MONACO 6 - 0 Montpellier HSC
Very comprehensive win over French rivals and relegated Montpellier.
Controlled the possession, outpassed and worked really well as a team, goals coming from Sidibe, Jovetic, Ballo-Toure, Sarr and 2 from Fabregas.
Diop sent off in the 80th minute was a blip, St Maximin with another Man of the Match performance in midfield.
Awesome abs picked with solid team.
St Mirren 2 - 3 AS MONACO
Good match Raingod you should have won it, we got lucky.
Only 5 shots on target but we took 3 of them, Jovetic with 2 goals and 1 for Badiashile.
Again we had a player sent off with Sarr sent off on 43mins, not our best performance but another 3pts.
Very happy with 6pts, League Title and we can look forward to Primera Division and ruffling some feathers...

Brentford 1 - 2 WEST HAM
Won the game but we should have won by much more, we need to be more ruthless in front of goal.
Jesse Lingaard with good performance both goals and MOM, young Holland sent off on 47 minutes but he'll learn from that.
Lingaard, fornals and Antonio played well need the rest of the team to pull their weight.
WEST HAM 2 - 7 AJ Auxerre
Wow, one of those bizarre results did not see that coming.
They totally outplayed us, Antonio and Fornals scoring, Declan Rice sent off very poor performance.
