Real Madrid 4 - 1 Torino
A Kane-less era at Real Madrid started brightly with nearly 45,000 fans turning up to cheer on a very new look Real Madrid squad and showing their support for the manager. New teenage midfield signing Kamara was given a start and showed he has what it takes to perform at this level. 12 attempts on target compared to Torino's 5 was also pleasing. We needed to shore up our defense a little more and the only disappointment was that we went behind 1-0 early in the game. In past games the team would have folded but going behind just spurred the team to play at a higher level and our goal was not really threatened again. The goal, in truth, was more disappointing for Oblak who let the ball squeeze through his legs.
Our possession rate of 67% was also pleasing and showed my tactics and team set up worked.
Four players shared the goals.... Darwin_Nunez (35), Dusan_Tadic (54), M_Jonsson (71), J_Alvarez (80) and Nunez came away with a deserved MOM award. It appears Alvarez and Nunez performed well up front together and I am hoping the addition of striker Rossi will only improve the teams ability to score more goals. The player we received as part of the Kane sale, Alvarez, scored on the 80th minute (and in the right goal...  ) which proved to me he can put them away at this level.
After recent losses, this was an encouraging win which helped us stop the rot, at least for this week, and place us in 6th on the table. I look forward to the next game and further putting my stamp onto the team. |

 POMPEY 2 - 1 Liverpool
Good win over Colin and the Reds with 70% possession good performance should have had more goals.
Harry Kane scored twice on his debut and man of the match, more shots and passing.
Happy with the team we just need couple more players in case of injuries or suspensions. |

nice 3 0 win and a clean sheet but not getting carried away as the arsenal manager failed to turn up happy that azmoun scored his 1st goal for us we sit in 5th now after this win but 8 poins from to spot need to kick on now after this win and try putting a little streak together

was never expected to beat munich they are miles ahead were we are and doku is 1 of the best strikers in the game after this result we sit in 7th i will be happy if we finish the season there as i am still building a team up

Sorry boss but good match, Marseille really came at us and plenty of game action we dominated the match.
Zalewski with 2 goal brace, Llanez, Leonardo and Beckham scoring, Zalewski with man of the match.
Delighted with my team good team performance and we can build on this. |

Good 3pts to be top of Premier League happy with my 69% possession and 26 key passes.
Nunn on 4mins, Melo on 33mins and Lookman on 62 mins got the points, Christensen, Melo, De Bruyne, Tapia, Nunn and Felix the top players on the night.

This result was harsh on us, it was a close match and we were in the game but our finishing was wasteful.
Disappointed with performances of new signings Bruno Fernandes, Nunez, and Kante.
Its going be a tough long season.

Guess we were lucky to get a draw, we were very poor in the game well played NeilJ.
Van Ginkel sent off in the 1st minute really penalised us, Romero with our goal on 39mins.

Borussia Monchengladbach 1 - 6 AJAX FC
Good performance as we smashed BMG and INzaghi, great match lots of action, passing and shots could have been any scoreline.
Martinez with another 2 goals now 13 goals in 14 games, Gutierriez, Rivera, Bogarde and Brobbey for his 2 goals in 2 games.
Emre Can and Rivera were immense in the midfield with their passing and abs picked up, Onana played well in goal and Martinez should have ay least 4 or 5 goals.
Win keeps us on the chase after Bayern and Raingod.

BORUSSIA MONCHENGLADBACH 1 - 6 Ajax FC
Despite the heavy defeat not disappointed, Ajax are one of the best sides in the game with a good manager in Robbo, were a work in progress and next season we will be able to play much better.
Happy to see Osimhen score on his debut and our best player, got to be happy with 20 key passes, 16 of 25 shots on target we need to be more clinical in front of goal. Got to be happy with my players.

OLYMPIQUE MARSEILLE 3 - 5 FC barcelona
Thought we would try attacking Barcelona and Van Persie, backfired for a heavy defeat.
We did not play too badly but gave up much possession, Tchouameni scored on his debut with Sanchez and Mathys Tel scoring on his debut.
Cant fault my players they played well our keeper Blanco had a blinder if i had got my tactics right we might have won the match.

FEYENOORD 1 - 4 Borussia Dortmund
Frustrating for us was an even match thought we could match and we did, but scoreline suggests otherwise well played Andy.
Memphis Depay scored, but he and Gakpo very wasteful with the chances, Frenkie de Jong played well in midfield but we really need to up our perfomances. Were now 5pts behind 4th place and think top four finish unlikely which is disappointing.

2nd game in a row player sent off early and held us from getting into the match, Nani sent off after 5 mins.
