Kick off the Academy league that we on last season.
Joao Pedro will be the main man in our attack, Dasilva will be key in midfield look for Mosies Kean to start showing his potential.

Tough start for the U23s - so will set up to be tough to beat ..
Marco left Forest seniors in a string place, but the youths were pretty threadbare ...
We go 442 and see what happens ...

No easy games in this league - we experiment with the formation to try and take the game to Pompey .. with a couple of tweaks to the line up ..
Using opening matches to assess current line up before we add to the squad and demote a few seniors ...

Home to Leyton Orient Academy
The Bayern game will be tough, there a well established Academy and have more players than a whole league put together.....lol
We might have better chances against Leyton Orient.
Key will be Jota in midfield and Igor Caccio in attack.

1st game we played our 2nd Academy side and then Forest Academy.
Agoume will be our key man sitting in front of the back four.
POMPEY ACADEMY II
Play our Academy, then tough match with one of the best U23s teams RSC
Key men Benjani Jr in attack, and Pantic in the holding midfield role.

First outings for our hastily assembled Academy, we dont have depth or talent yet.
key players will be Krasso in attack and Oliver Skipp in midfield, just hoping we dont get smashed too heavily.

First matches too for the Gunners Academy.
Playing differnt formation and tactics to our 1st team, Yuri Alberto will be our talisman in attack.
Looking for the defense to hold tight so we dont take heavy beatings.

Focus on overage players Ze Luis, Soler and Hermoso to help the youngsters ..
Several players have moved between the 2 youth teams so some new connections to be made ..

Will look to take the game to Chelsea with a more attacking 343 line up and change in tactics ..
Two changes to the XI, and some alternate subs, as players are given the chance to fight for their shirt ...
Zirkzee has been appointed penalty taker for now ....

On paper we are faves .. they are a newly formed side - but 11kiwis will be motivating them well ..
We stick with 433 but change some of the personnel in our even bigger II squad!
Niasse is designated penalty taker, and Anderson comes in as an AM ..
